To be able to begin to down load the PDFs from this site we ask that you first register by filling out the short form below.
When you click submit, the site will send us your registration information. Using our administrative tools, once a day we shall assign new registrants a username and password and add them to the software that will allow you access to the back issues. We will send you an email notifying you that your username and password are working. At that point you will find that when you submit your username and password to the prompt at the Get Back Issues page and you click on a PDF icon, you will get a successful download. If you have a user name and password that you prefer, enter them in the box labeled COOK Report Coverage of Interest. Please do not register with a hotmail or yahoo or similar address. We are spam blocking these and similar addresses. By the same token our provider is blocking more and more of the Internet.
