you will then see a new page with a heading called Part Two

Go to Part Two and fill in under Back Issue #1 the month, issue, and volume - for example: October - November 2003, volume 12, number 7 and 8. In the 'Article title of interest' box enter small company single use copy or corporation workgroup use.

Note that the correct prices are $200 for a single month, $400 for a double month and $600 for a three month issue. Work group licensed use (no more tha four copies) double the cost. Company wide use 800, 1600 or 2400.

The March - May 2004 issue on RFID and Supply Chains (200 pages) is $600 single use or $2400 company wide.

Write down in the what you expect to be billed. and THEN at the BOTTOM of the page click "Complete your subscription" Buttom you will be taken to a final page where you will actually key in your credit card number.

This excutes the sending of the order to me. Note that the web site is calibrated to "charge" $135 for a back issue. This is not binding in this case. I am the ONLY person who fills these orders and will be exceedingly careful NOT to mis charge your credit card. Please understand that the standard 3% handling fee will apply.
